Purposes and Treatment to which the Personal Data will be submitted:
The personal data that GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S. collects, stores, uses, circulates, and deletes, will be used for the following purposes:
2.1. In relation to the inherent nature and functions of GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S.:
The processing of the data will be carried out with the purpose of promoting, organizing, and developing the corporate purpose, mission, and vision of the company for the benefit of our clients and shareholders, in accordance with the provisions established for this purpose under Law 1581 of 2012.
2.2. In terms to the operation of GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S.
2.2.1. Human Resources: The Processing of the data will be carried out for hiring, performance of duties or provision of services, termination, or conclusion, depending on the type of legal relationship established with GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S. (Includes, among others, officials, former officials, judges, trainees, interns and applicants for positions).
2.2.2. Suppliers and Contractors: The Processing of the data will be carried out for purposes related to the development of the contractual management process of products or services that GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S. requires for its operation in accordance with current regulations.
2.2.3. Security in Facilities: The Treatment will be conducted for the surveillance and security of people, property and facilities of GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S..
Rights of the Data Controllers:
3.1. To know, update and rectify their personal data before GLOBAL PHARMA & LOGISTIC S.A.S. as Data Controller and Data Processor.
3.2. Request proof of the authorization granted, except in cases provided by law.
3.3. Be informed about the use that has been made of their personal data.
3.4. File complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
